Every photograph in this shop is shown as a preview before you buy. The preview shows you exactly what you are getting: the framing, the car, the people in it and how sharp the picture is. Please look at it carefully before you order.

Changing your mind

Each photograph is retouched by hand for you after you order and delivered as a digital file. Because of this, we can't offer a refund simply because you no longer like the photograph once it has been delivered. If you'd like to cancel before we have started work on your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll help.

If something is wrong with your photograph

If there is a problem with your file, for example it won't open, it's the wrong car, or the retouching isn't as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll re-edit or replace it, or refund you if we can't put it right.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
